Heavy D's New Tattoo

What could Heavy D the rap musician possibly have in common with Heavy D the King of Fighters character? Well, judging by our commentary not a whole lot. But that didn't stop us from comparing the two. Putting them under a completely fake microscopes and being completely BLOW AWAY by our results. Hey, you'd be to if you spent minutes on it like we did.

Anyway, Heavy D the fighter hasn't been in a lot of the championships. In fact, after his appearance in King of Fighters 1994 he hasn't been seen. Where has this man gone? And while we're on the subject, where the heck did Heavy D the rapper go?!?

Heavy D (Rapper)
WHY DO RECOGNIZE THE NAME HEAVY D? Well, if you've listened to hip hop (aka rap) in the last ten years you have either heard a Heavy D song ... or you've heard one sampled. Having said that, you've likely heard such classics as "Gurlz They Love Me", "We Got Our Own Thang", or "Nuttin' But Love". HMM DON'T KNOW HIM FROM THOSE, ANYTHING ELSE? Yeah ... do you watch movies? Perhaps you'll recognize him from his acting career. He's been in a number of films including the Cider House Rules, The Deli, Life, and that cinema classic B.A.P.S. AHH, THAT'S RIGHT. SO, WHO'D WIN IN A FIGHT? Well, Heavy D the rapper has a pretty big posse ... and a rather large body size to boot. But Heavy D the fighter has a pretty big tattoo on his back ... and even though that doesn't mean anything, I'm going to put my money on him!

Heavy D (Fighter)
WHO IS IT? It's Heavy D one of the lesser-used King of Fighter character. He's originally from King of Fighters '94. WHAT'S WITH THAT BIG TATTOO? It's gaudy isn't it. But then, that's why he wears that jacket I suppose. Hey, there are people in this world that like REALLY BIG TATTOOS, and that's their right, I guess. HE'S KINDA SKINNY, WHY DO YOU SUPPOSE HE'S CALLED HEAVY D? That coat looks pretty damn heavy to me. And I don't remember 1994 all that much, was that some sort of slang? WHY DIDN'T WE EVER SEE THIS CHARACTER AGAIN? Hmm ... repeat this quote three times and tell me it's not ludicrous: "a skinny guy named Heavy!"
