A New King of the Monsters

No doubt about it, one of the greatest guilty pleasures of any kids life is Godzilla and other big rubber monsters!! But what happens when they attempt to make it at home? Well, if you've played King of the Monsters you know it's not a pretty site. But then, was the original King of the Monsters a pretty site?!? We opted to check. Take a look below as we discuss two great King of all Monsters.

King of the Monsters
Hey, it's that the Godzilla film staring Perry Mason? You've got it! Raymond Burr himself is here along with an all star Japanese cast. Of course, Raymond Burr wasn't actually acting with anybody since his shots were all done after the Japanese film. Ah, the magic of Hollywood. But wasn't Godzilla a bad guy in this version of the movie? You bet he was. He did more damage than the blob could ever dream of doing. It wasn't until years later that Godzilla fought even worse rubber monsters than him!! Go Godzilla Go! Speaking of Rubber Suits, do you suppose Mecha Godzilla was a rubber suit? Well ... uh. I don't really know. And that's not this movie. This movie is all about the big lizard creature with that familiar yell! Do you like Godzilla has a bad guy or a good guy? While I enjoy Godzilla versus the world, I think that Godzilla just doesn't like to be upstaged by bigger mutants. He's a bad ass no matter if he fighting mothra or pesky humans.

Godzilla: King of the Monsters
Isn't King of the Monsters a fighting game? Kind of. In essence it's a game about total destruction and the violence of big creatures. But if you want to classify it you might as well talk of it as a wrestling game. Big Creatures. Like What? Well, the series has included a big Ultra Man-style fighter, a melting creature, Godzilla's evil rip off, and worse yet, something that looks a lot like King Kong! Wow, that sounds like a lot of fun. Well, sadly it's not nearly as enjoyable as watching Godzilla: King of the Monsters. But then, it's a great idea, too. If only it played better and was more fun. But I suppose the movie isn't perfect either. So what exactly are you saying? You really ought to stick with the movie. I mean, it has Perry Mason!!
