Lonely Mountains: Snow Riders Reviewed by Cyril Lachel on . If you can’t hit the slopes this season in real life, Lonely Mountains: Snow Riders is an easier (and cheaper) solution. It’s a vastly improved sequel with more forgiving gameplay and wide-open level designs that will keep you coming back for more. With twenty-four ski paths to conquer, all sorts of gear to buy and fun (albeit flawed) multiplayer modes, there’s more than enough content here to keep you glued to the screen long after the snow has melted away. Unfortunately, the fixed camera perspective can sometimes lead to problems and the white snow isn’t as visually interesting as dirt and grass, but don’t let that get in the way of you enjoying one of the year’s first great games.
