The two pictures on the top are from the 1987 landmark anime tour de force Akira (recently made available in both a limited edition two disc tin, and a one disc version). The pictures under Akira are from the game Last Resort, for the Neo Geo. Sure city scapes often look the same, but if you really look at the pictures there are some strange similarities.
