To many, Spaceballs represented the last really funny film by Mel Brookes. However, this 1980's comedy seemed to be so much more. In the new Contra game, Shattered Soldier for the PlayStation 2, our heroes catch a ride on a large jet-like airplane. But I'm sure I'm not the only one that notices that this vehicle looks like a supped up RV!! Just like Lone Starr and Barf's official ride in Spaceballs. One can only hope that this Contra keeps a tongue and cheek approach to its action, because there's nothing worse than a sci fi film that takes itself too seriously.
