After Thoughts: Resident Evil

What a long strange journey it's been for our friend Jake. In the past six episodes of After Thoughts he's had to investigate Silent Hill, stay safe in Devil May Cry, dodge angry chickens in The Legend of Zelda, fight crime in Crackdown and even worry about dinosaurs! But even though he's done all of that already it still didn't prepare him for his most dangerous mission yet: Braving the zombies in Resident Evil! This is After Thoughts: Resident Evil, the longest and most impressive episode yet. In this episode we take a look at just about everything, including Painkiller Jane, Britney Spears, Ghostbusters on the NES and Anna Nicole Smith! And that's just the start of our show, this episode even shows you what an idiot will do with $600 (here's a hint: they don't spend it). Can you handle 35 minutes of clips from other websites? Let's hope so, because that's exactly what you're getting yourself in for! This is our best After Thoughts yet, so instead of letting Jake down I suggest you click the box below and watch this episode before it gets cold.

NOTES: The problem with having such a long episode is that we have to thank a lot of people. The good news this time around is that most of the clips come from GameSpot. If it wasn't for the cool cats over at GameSpot we wouldn't have a show, and that would really suck! If we didn't make fun of Rich Gallup then who would we make fun of? IGN? Nah, they're only good for one laugh, nobody cares about them anyway. And what about Game Trailers? Yeah, I suppose I should thank them for providing me with a good 7 minutes of the Angry Video Game Nerd. Speaking of which, is it just me or is his theme song kind of gross. Every time I show that to somebody I find that most people don't want to go past the diarrhea jokes. Maybe I just have uptight friends, I don't know. Anyway, they deserve a big chunk of thanks for that. I would also like to thank Capcom for making Resident Evil 2, though I still don't understand why the game is so hard to control. And Midway, I should thank you for allowing me to imitate (albeit poorly) Fred Willard. If you haven't already watched For Your Consideration you really must, it's an excellent film (and Fred is just amazing in it). And most importantly, I want to thank YOU for tuning in and watching all 35 minutes. Even with the new equipment the show is a little rough, but stick with me because the more of these I do the better they will get!
